Abstract: On her way back from vacation, Anna, a Certified Public Accountant at Atrium LLP, was bracing herself for a taxing situation. Thoughts of diving into a 5-month long complex, manual process of collecting and organizing signed tax documents from partners for the IRS kept plaguing her mind. There had to be a way to simplify and automate this process…. but how?
